A look back

Not necessarily some of the "best" pictures of Curly's first 2 years of life, but they all definitely bring back a lot of good memories for me. Thanks little one for being such a sweet-heart and a wonderful blessing in our lives!!

The fruits of my labor...

One of the best aspects of our new little slice of land, is our little Meyer Lemon tree. It's not the prettiest tree you'll ever see, but boy does it make fine lemons. I have always, ALWAYS wanted to live in a house that had some type of citrus tree and it is truly a small dream come true to walk into my back yard and grab a handful to make a pitcher of lemonade.

The best tool ever for all that squeezing.

BTW, why are lemons ripe in the middle of winter when you really need them most in the summer? Hmmmm??
